This is the rest of my Easter lesson. Before I get into that, I have to tell you, my write-the-room activity was a huge hit with the kids!! Each of us (hubby, kiddo, and me) each took 3 kids and walked around to each “station”. We read the little scrip to them about how it was part of Holy Week, the kids then traced the word on their worksheet. After that, they went to their seats and colored…
Today marks the start of Holy Week and culminates on Easter Sunday. This is such a somber time and a time for reflection. It is also a time to celebrate. Today is such a day….a day to celebrate Jesus’ triumphal entry to Jerusalem.
I want to wish all of you, my family, my friends, and my readers and followers, a very Happy Palm Sunday and wishes for a Blessed Holy Week!!
I’ve been working hard on activities for class this week. I like for my kids to have fun and understand the importance of Easter at the same time. I’ll be doing a couple different posts of what we’ll be doing with the littles this week.
This first activity is a writing one. In fact, it’s a write-the-room.

This coming weekend starts Holy Week with Palm Sunday. Tonight is the night that I teach my kids about Holy Week and what a special time it is. I’ll do Easter next week, but tonight is all about the events leading up to one of the most important days there is.
I did several “lessons” with the kids, but our main focus was this paper craft project. It’s a simple color, cut, and paste activity.…
I know I haven’t posted in awhile, but I promise that I have several free printables coming your way. They just need tweaks done to them. Then you’ll be able to have access to my latest printables!!
